Slides of note…
Slides 8-11: These are all examples of regular polygons in the real world. Students are familiar with triangles and squares, but the larger polygons they may not be as aware are actually out there. Challenge to think if there are any things in the world that form perfect heptagons, nonagons, and dodecagons. A projector and internet access allows you to spend a minute of class time to search google images.
