Powerpoint lesson attached below
Slide 5 is a picture of the Pyramid of Giza. After the students have the pyramid formula I have them find the lateral surface area of the pyramid. Dimensions can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Pyramid_of_Giza
